Our farm in short.
The farm lies on twenty-five hectares of land, with 6,500 olive trees, in the heart of the cilento and vallo-di-diano national park. Air-conditioned warehouse, oil tanks sealed with nitrogen, in-house bottling plant. We communicate in italian, english, french and spanish. We are certified by i. C. E. A. (institute for ethical & environmental certification) and by the "garanziaaiab"quality brand.

Our philosophy.
We have chosen the organic farming system because every one of us has the duty to preserve nature delicate embroidery and fragile balance. Gayas theory believes that the planet as a whole behaves like an autonomous living body, capable of independent reactions to extreme solicitations. If it is true that, the quivering wings of a butterfly in the amazon forest could, with time, initiate a typhoon thousands of miles away, where will, all the violence brought against nature in the name of progress, drive us?
